A RRHoF+ Museum tour will be the highlight of the fest. This tour will take place on 27 June at 10:00AM. We will meet in the lobby. The RRHoF+ Museum is located on the corner of E 9th St and Erieside. The interesting triangular glass structure sits near the North Coast Harbor of Lake Erie. The E 9th St Pier is a short stroll from the rockhall. Cost? Based on a group of 20 or more the tour will cost $13.50 (approx) per adult person. Both seniors (over 55) and children (4 -- 11) are $10.50 (approx). They recently upped the prices, and the new normal rates are $14.95 and $11.50 respectively. If it turns out the approx price is too high or too low, you will be informed. When do you pay? If you know you are definitely coming, please send a check or money order, payable to me: Kathy Popple 13 Gardner St Whitesboro, NY 13492 Please send it by the first part of May. To reserve our tour we need to pay before we go. This will allow us to get group rates. Tickets will be in yuur hands at the Friday night festivities if you have prepaid. See Hippy Girl on Friday night, 26 June. RRHoF Cancellations Policy: Please read this and note... If a cancellation is made more than 15 *business* days prior to our tour, money is totally refundable upon a written cancellation. (Give it to Hippy Girl and I will get your refund for you. Any cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour, money is nonrefundable but is transferable to a future date. Is there a place to get refreshment?? Yes. It's called the "Eat To The Beat" cafe. It is on the third floor of the Museum (right by some of Neil's things :-))) The prices are very high there but aren't most touristy places??? Their chicken ceasar salad is awesome and is $5.75, for example. Trust me I have paid more for it elsewhere. They do serve beer as well. The Executive Catering Co mans this area for the RRHoF and makes all of the food for it. They are great people. Their staff is friendly and courteous. You aren't allowed to bring food in but may leave the museum and get back in. You are given a bracelet in the lower level at the ticket window. Can children come to the RockHall Fest? Most definitely! The RockHall is very family oriented, just like the whole weekend will be. Souveniers? Located off the lobby is a HMV store that sells music, clothing, posters, postcards, and other neat stuff to remember your trip. Museum hours: On Sat, 10:00AM -- 5:30PM Museum Rules? No camcorders or cameras are allowed in the museum itself. Pictures are allowed in the lobby or outside. All the artists are adamant about not taking pics. If they get info that anyone took pics, they will pull their exhibits from the museum. A couple of them come to mind as I type this. All cameras must be left in the coat check area. Please, we are all adults here Any questions about the RockHall please contact HipyGrlSml@aol.com Will keep info coming in as it is updated. Your Fest Team is working hard to make sure you all have a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
