Getting there:
Pilton is between Glastonbury and Shepton Mallet, in the countryside of the
Somerset Levels, on 750 acres of farmland that are turned into the huge
festival-area. Somerset is in the southwestern part of England, south of
Bristol.
If travelling by road, leave the M5 at junction 23 and follow the A39 to
Glastonbury.

The festival runs from Friday, June 27 through Sunday, June 29.
This is the Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts
festival's 26th year. There will be over 1000 performers, more than 500 bands
playing on 17 stages. There will also be theatre, cabaret, poetry, crafts,
circus, comedy, cinema and a children's adventure play area.
Camping facilities are available from Thursday till Monday. For a
caravan or a motorhome you will need a separate advance ticket at
20 British Pounds.
