Chords/Tabulature for
Pardon My Heart
Version 1 Submitted by: Harlan Leslie Thompson (harlant@hawaii.edu)
Version 2 Submitted by: David M (davidjo@ozemail.com.au)
Notes about this song:
- David M.'s version adapted from Harlan's version.
- Further info from Wolfgang D (and the songbook) is down at the bottom.
- As was pointed out by Alan DerKazarian (ADERKAZARIAN@MBLN1.MBLN.LIB.MA.US),
the song is actually in dropped-dropped tuning. These tabs are ok, but if
you want to play along with the record, you have to tune down another whole step.

More info (from Wolfgang D)
Here's a slight variation.
It has straight major chords for the verse (identical to Harlan's, just
without any 'add' or '/'). As for the refrain, it goes:
Am7
(You brought it all on)
D6
Oh, but it feels so wrong
Am7
(You brought it all on)
D6
No, no, no, I don't believe this song
Am7
(You brought it all on)
I play this song with just the low E dropped to D, because I'm quite used to
the standard tuning. I play the chords like this:
Am7/D: (005555)
D6: (000777)
