First take a look at what Neil has said about taping in the past. Those quotes were a while back, but nothing that specifically contradicts them has been quoted since then.

The primary rule on Rust is Nobody Profits! Any trading should be one-for-one -- "you show me yours and I'll show you mine." And in general you'll find that most Rusties are willing to trade for "blanks and postage" if you don't have any shows available of interest. It's all about sharing the music...
